Rental terms

  • The Rental Contract is achieved on site between the Charter Company/Owner and the renter.
  • You will receive a confirmation of the reservation.
  • The following rental conditions of the Charter Company are part of this contract.
  • In Florida you are not required to have a driver license for the vessel, however due to insurance/technical reasons it is necessary to have instructions in the workings of the boat at the time it is taken over.
  • When receiving the vessel, its tank is filled up.
Depending on the capacity of the chosen vessel this filling has to be paid separately.
  • The vessel is used at your own risk without any guaranty.
  • The vessels are to be handled with care. Damages should be immediately reported to the Charter Company.
  • The renter is responsible for damages caused by improper handling. Settling of the damages is the responsibility of the renter. The Charter Company reserves the right to settle the cost of damage with the security payment.
  • The renter has to strictly abide by the rules laid down when the workings of the vessel were explained. Violations can lead to the immediate cancellation of the contract. In case like that the agreed-upon rental fee will not be returned, not even proportionatly.
  • If in case of existing damages the rental and handing over of the vessel cannot take place, there is no claim on the part of the renter for the supply a replacement vessel. In a case like that the boat owner can retreat from the rental contract without further claims.
