| These houses are not located on one of the canals in Cape Coral. They do however offer a great value and you can expect a lot of house for your money. So it might be a good start up for your next long term experience or a good start point for your expeditions throughout Florida. |  |
| FRESHWATER CANAL | |
| These houses are located on a canal, which have no access to open water. If you are not interested in boating, but you like to see some water from your patio or would like to fish: It's a great choice. Some of our freshwater houses offer a nice Lake view and/or some canoes to explore the nice canals with.

| SW GULF ACCESS | |
| These houses are located on one of the canals with access to open water, so you are able to get access to the Gulf of Mexico. Please be aware, that the speed limit is reduced in the canals to slow speed (no wakes), so it might take a while to reach the open water. Some of our houses have short access to the River and to the open water. Have a look at each location (small map), shown with the details of each house. We would appreciate to offer one of our nice and affordable boats to your vacation home. |

| These houses are located on a canal with mostly short access to the River and open water. You will reach the open water in minutes. These locations are very good choices for boaters and guests, who like to watch Dolphins and Manatees from their patio!
