The brand new property is located on a fresh water canal in a beautiful and very quiet residential area in the popular Pelican area of Cape Coral, Southwest Florida. You can reach supermarkets, restaurants, banks, doctors, department stores, gas stations in a few minutes, but still live in a safe, quiet, clean and friendly environment.

The beautiful islands of Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva with their famous beaches are easily accessible in a short time.

Day trips to the Everglades, other cities like Miami, Tampa and Orlando with all the amusement parks are available from Cape Coral.

The house has a very spacious outdoor area with a large covered terrace, heated saltwater pool (electric pool heater), complete insect protection (screen) and gas grill.

It has a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, 2 of which have direct access to the pool and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub.

All bedrooms as well as the living room and the lanai are equipped with a Smart TV. An Xbox One, which can also be used as a DVD player, is also available.

Bed linen, towels and bath towels are of course available in sufficient quantities during your stay. The house is equipped extremely well so you will be able to enjoy a luxurious vacation.
