Since July 2026, Cape Manatee Inc. under the leadership of Benjamin Koppel has been continuing the former vacation home brokerage of Cape Coral Services Group independently. This marks the beginning of a new chapter that builds on many years of experience and the trust grown over the past years, while placing modern booking processes, reliable communication, and a new professional online marketing of vacation homes at the center.
Our goal is to make searching for and booking a vacation home as easy and enjoyable as possible for guests. At the same time, we support property owners in presenting their property professionally and reaching the right vacation guests.
On-site care of the homes is provided – depending on the respective property – by experienced local property management and service partners in Cape Coral.

Benjamin Koppel
Benjamin Koppel is an entrepreneur from Austria who has been self-employed since the age of 18. For more than 17 years, he has specialized in online marketing, digital visibility, and strategic marketing. He owns a marketing agency as well as his own vacation rental platform, combining extensive marketing expertise with hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry.
A key focus of his work is revenue and pricing optimization for hotels, vacation rental agencies, and owners of vacation homes and Airbnb properties. Through data-driven pricing strategies, in-depth market analysis, occupancy optimization, and effective online marketing, he helps maximize the revenue potential of every property.
Benjamin Koppel holds certifications in Streamline VRS and Beyond Pricing. He also works with leading vacation rental management and market intelligence platforms, including LiveRez, RevMax, and AirDNA.
Through his work with vacation rental agencies and his expertise in online marketing, revenue management, market analysis, and digital booking systems, Benjamin Koppel provides property owners with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve long-term rental success.

Stefanie Koppel
Stefanie Koppel works at Cape Manatee as Customer Service Manager and brings our diverse and beautiful vacation homes together with the right guests. With extensive back-office experience, she handles email and phone inquiries, manages requests and bookings, and ensures that interested guests are assisted quickly, kindly, and reliably.
Her goal is to successfully broker our selected properties and organize a smooth booking process for guests and property owners. Stefanie places great importance on clear communication, careful organization, and a seamless process – from the first inquiry to the final booking.
Privately, Stefanie also has a special connection to Florida: since 2011 she has spent her vacation there every year and knows the relaxed atmosphere, warm climate, and beautiful beaches from her own experience. As the mother of an almost 8-year-old son and a dog owner, she also understands how important it is to find a vacation home that truly fits guests’ wishes and needs.
Stefanie says: “It is important to me that our customers feel well taken care of from the very beginning. I want to find the right accommodation for every guest and make sure the entire booking process is simple, friendly, and reliable.”

Cape Coral Services Group from 2000 to 2026
Cape Coral Services Group was active in the vacation rental industry in Cape Coral for many years. In July 2026, Daria Pehns and Cape Coral Services Group ceased their business operations. Since then, Cape Manatee Vacation Homes Cape Coral Inc., a newly established company under new management, has continued the presentation and marketing of a portion of the former vacation home portfolio. Cape Manatee operates based on new contracts and clearly defined agreements with homeowners, guests, and local service partners.
