Villa Capricorn is located in a prime spot south of Cape Coral Parkway, very close to Sands Boulevard and the wide Nevada Canal, with views of the Orduna Canal. Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and others as well as the nearest supermarket are at Cape Harbour, about 3–5 minutes away by car.

The spacious living area, furnished with lots of charm and wit, includes a modern kitchen with bar. Hobby chefs will find all the important utensils for self-catering. In the adjoining dining area, a large table invites you to dine together. From everywhere you have a great view of the outdoor area with pool and the canal behind.

The villa has three individually decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a particularly spacious bathroom, and a second and third room, also with king-size beds and a bathroom.

The Space

The high-quality villa has about 250 m² of living space and is fully air-conditioned. The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax and enjoy evening barbecues; a luxurious BBQ grill and exclusive garden furniture are provided. A beautiful, palm-covered garden surrounds the villa.

Amenities: dishes, bed linen, towels and beach towels, American fridge with ice maker, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer in every bathroom. The kitchen offers an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, mixer, coffee machine and a high chair, among other things. The villa also includes 4 bikes, 2 fishing rods, a cooler and parasols for the beach.
